Equal parts-improv class and therapy process group, this weekly group facilitates self-growth in an environment that is both playful and supportive. No prior improv experience necessary!

Improv Therapy For Healers
Next Group Begins March 2020
This group combines improv with group therapy and is open to healing professionals (therapists, acupuncturists, nurses, massage therapists, etc...).
Improv is great for healing professionals because:
-The play of improv is a vibrant form of self-care and an antidote to burnout
-The skills of improv can be applied to the work
-Improv helps us celebrate mistakes and be less perfectionistic
No prior improv experience necessary.
Those who are in school/training to become healing professionals are also welcome!

These groups are perfect for Living Improv 12-week group or workshop alumni or the general public who are interested in exploring the process group aspect of the Living Improv experience in more depth. In process groups members can explore their patterns as they arise, receive mutual feedback and support, and ultimately transform this learning into increased fulfillment in our selves, our relationships and our lives. Working Improv! (Living Improv at Work!)
